Q. I have a really tight budget and don’t think I can afford a planner…or can I?
A. Actually event planners will save you more money than they actually cost! As professionals in the event industry we have many connections with others in the industry. This means we get 10-25% off services (florists, photographers, rental companies, DJs, etc) which really does add up quick!
Q. I do not see the package I want on your website, does that mean you cannot help me?
A. No, these are just samples of what we do. We customize each and every event to meet your needs and budget!
Q. Is there a charge for our first meeting or consultation?
A. No! We want to make sure we are a good match for you, so we will either chat over the phone or meet for coffee to see how Events Extraordinaire can benefit you and make your event stress free!
