Partial Assistance Wedding Package
Starting at $1,500*
As your big day approaches, couples tend to want to spend more time with your family and friends–especially those coming from out of town! Unfortunately during this crucial time there are still many details to attend to in order for your special day to run smoothly. Your coordinator can assist with these last minute details to take some of the stress off of your shoulders. Items may include:
- Meet with you at least one month before your wedding to go over all details and decisions that still need to be made (up to 7 hours**)
- Pickup and delivery of items
- Coordination calls to all vendors and insure all details with vendors are set
- Assistance with event day timeline
- Help with seating arrangements
- Tips on etiquette and/or traditions to incorporate from your culture
- Help coordinate and attend your wedding ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours**)
- Be the onsite contact for your ceremony and reception (10 hours**)
- And the list goes on… whatever you need to help you get ready for your dream wedding!
